Type UN

Daiwa Rabin is able to polish workpiece surface evenly without causing any scratches or clogging. Not only can it remove burrs or scratches on high-hardness workpieces, around HRC60 such as SKD, HSS, and FCD, but it can also easily remove stainless steel weld beads.

Type UN has higher hardness than Type CM, suitable for chamfering and deburring. Due to the UN's characteristics, the abrasive is not easily deformed. During the deburring process, the rubber is hardened to prevent the burrs and edges from eating into rubber. Excellent in the deburring process on CNC lathe.
